- INTAKE– Creating a customized care plan for all addicts
Admission and assessment –The goal is to develop a customized treatment plan based on your medical, emotional and social functioning. Discussion for co-occurring disorder or dual diagnosis to provide additional treatment options for necessary support and care. - DETOX
Safely remove addictive substances from the patient’s body. Medical supervision for withdrawal is given to ensure patients safety and comfort throughout the withdrawal period. - REHABILITATION
Building a foundation for long term treatment, Individual Therapy, Rehab Therapy, Family Therapy, Group therapy, Facility Amenities and services, Group therapy - RECOVERY AND AFTERCARE
Sober living- How to handle your sobriety?
Continued Therapy is done to make the person ready for integration into the society.
Alumni Status– A patient who has taken treatment at serenity foundation once gets an alumni status. He can call his counsellor and therapists whenever he wants and can visit the facility if he is feeling that he might end up using. We are always there to help
Support groups AA/NA– To help the patients get in touch with support groups such as alcoholics anonymous and narcotics anonymous
